Assess the Training Needs of Teachers in Term of Elementary Teachers' Views of the Alamarvdasht Education in Academic Years 2013-2014

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the training needs of teachers of elementary teachers' views Alamarvdasht Department of Education is in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 135 elementary school teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Alamarvdasht using the random sampling of 103 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes are the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.87. The results showed that the lack of attention to the needs of teachers in educational and professional quality of service education and the use of technology in schools, caused the problem in the teaching methods and applying the principles of assessment methods has been developed.

Examining the Relationship between Kohlberg's Theory of Moral Development and Language Learning among Iranian Elementary Students

Abstract: Moral development has been considered the most important social issue over the centuries. Great theorist of the early twentieth century took into account ethics as a means of social development. Kohlberg as Piaget believes that his stages unfold in an invariant sequence. Children always go from stage 1 to stage 2 to stage 3 and so forth. They do not skip stages or move through them in mixed-up orders. Holiday believes that language has three roles, which include learning system and establishing a relationship between language and learning. In addition, he believes that children select several linguistic data. In other words, the children select those categories of communicative aspects of language they may understand at each stage of learning. It seems that there is a strong relationship between elements of language learning and four stages (two levels) of Kohlberg’s theory of moral development.

Examining Functions of Brainstorming in Learning Arabic in Iran

Abstract: The education system considerably strengthens potential areas of creativity. Teaching practices for creativity provide these grounds. Brainstorming strengthens the spirit of creativity in learners. “Brainstorming” Method is used to develop the learners’ wisdom. Integration and improvement of the suggestions, emphasis on quantity, free and immediate comment, and no criticism are four main characteristics of brainstorming method. Reasoning (thinking), faith, science, action, ethics are elements of learning Arabic. Each element is explained in such areas as self, God, creation, and creation (with a focus on God). Among 20 surveys conducted in the two areas, “positive relationship” was obtained in 10 studies, “negative relationship” was obtained in 3 studies and “no relationship” was obtained in 7 studies, which indicate the relative function of brainstorming method in learning Arabic.

Abstract: The accomplishments of Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences in elementary mathematics instruction shows the scope of this theory in enhancing the efficiency of elementary mathematics instruction and the mutual effects of mathematics instruction on this theory’s applications. Nowadays, the instruction system has been traditionally emphasizing mostly verbal and mathematical intelligence. Tests, assignments and teaching methods all support the verbal and mathematical intelligence and most of the unique talents and abilities of students in other fields are downplayed. Gardner believes that every person possesses different degrees of seven primary forms of intelligence including verbal, logical – mathematical, Bodily-Kinesthetic, visual – spatial, musical, intrapersonal and interpersonal, though Gardner himself introduces directly a separate intelligence for math. However, other kinds of intelligence are effective in teaching mathematical objectives. It seems that success in mathematics instruction requires the use of more types of intelligence.

Effects of Some Developmental Theories on Improving Primary School Students’ Educational Drop

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, one of the major challenges of educational sciences is to improve students’ educational drop. In many subjects, the drop occurs due to education administrators’ lack of attention to development categories at different levels and ages. Although development includes the whole systematic evolutions in the individual’s psychological life, in an applied and educational concept, it is also possible to include a value judgment in the definition. Especially, those evolutions leading to assimilating, organized, effective, and complex behaviors are called development. Based on the table of relationships between development theories and educational drop factors, it seems that there are close relationships between these two issues. Educational drop experts’ attention to development theories and their prominent indices can considerably improve educational drop.
