Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Assessment the achievement of the objectives of six grade elementary school from Bastak six grade elementary school teachers’ views in the school year 2013-2014. This study in term of the purpose of the study is applied and in term of data collection is survey. The data are collected by the sixth grade teachers in the school education department Bastak in the school year 2013-2014 whose numbers are53 men and 38 women, the latest population census methods were chosen. Instruments included a questionnaire, notes that validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.78 was calculated. The results showed a statistical sample of achieving the goals and objectives of mental and emotional work accordingly and have considered possible but the realization of the objectives (cognitive, religious, educational, social, cultural and artistic) had moderate view of these goals in an optimum realization findings and there was any
differences between male and female teachers on achieving goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the realization of the functions of the education system from the perspective of Janah secondary teachers in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. Community-Data have researched all 384 middle school teachers working in primary and secondary education department in the academic year 2013-2014. In accordance with the random sampling of 252 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes, the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.78 was calculated. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires were used as indicators of descriptive and inferential statistics. Survey results show that the functions of education is to be fully achieved Coherence and relevance of education and other social institutions, and the impact of different educational, social and family and lack of proper planning of the main reasons is the lack of fulfillment. T-test results also showed that the differences between female and male teachers in fulfilling the functions of education, there is no difference.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creative directors of schools and their performance in attracting funds in the Lamerd city in the academic year 2013-2014. The study in term of aim was applied and in term of method was descriptive cross-section (non-experimental) - correlation. The study population included 110 subjects in 2013-2014 in the Lamerd city school principals who were selected by census the total population creativity standard questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.84 respectively. The results showed there are significant relationship between financial performance and creative directors. So for financing schools as a factor in the country's vibrant economic problems, most attention is paid to the officials and planners.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the performance and the effectiveness of secondary school education departments in the city on October 2013-2014 school year is paid. The purpose of this research is applied in the data collection, descriptive statistics, the study population consisted of 190 secondary school teachers in the city seal is 2014-2013 school year, 159 students using stratified random were selected. Instruments included a questionnaire on the effectiveness of the components of the departments that were validity and reliability of the experts approved using Cronbach's alpha 0.88 was calculated. Analysis of investigation results showed that none of the axes of the effectiveness of the departments were not in good condition and the need to rethink the types of activities and performance departments is essential and while no significant difference was observed in the differences between female and male teachers.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the elementary physical education teacher education institutions in the southern Fars province of primary school Tanavrz projects influence on cognitive abilities – movement of fourth grade students in the academic year 2013-2014. The purpose of this research is applied in the data collection, descriptive statistics, the study population consisted of 311 subjects in school physical education teachers southern province 93-2013 is a stratified random sampling and Morgan tables 175 were selected. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes that experts were confirmed validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.91 was also calculated. The results showed that the woman's rope for student recreation and fitness program on growth, fitness has had an impact on students in the loss of stress on the capabilities of perceptual students is the stature on norms the students.
