The Study of the Professional Qualifications of Elementary School Principals from the Teachers’ Perspective: A Study of Lamerd City Iran

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the professional qualifications of elementary school principals from the teacher‘s perspective. The study in term of data collection methods is cross-sectional and in term of type and target is applied. The study population consisted of 373 elementary teachers Lamerd city is using a simple stratified sampling, 180 students were selected as sample size. In order to collect data a questionnaire was used which its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.84 was calculated. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, frequency percent and frequencies) and
inferential statistics (T-test and ANOVA) was used, the results showed that, in general, from the perspective of teachers and administrators in all aspects of management and leadership competencies, social, demographic, technological, cultural, global and international intellectual and intelligent, except for some of the components are not desired.

Abstract— The aim of this study was to determine the impact of descriptive evaluation of life skills of elementary school students Lamerd city's Department of Education in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 265 primary school teachers in the school education department Lamerd city in 2013- 2014 the
stratified random sampling method using a Morgan 205 were selected. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes that experts were confirmed validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.96 was calculated. Results indicate that the self-descriptive evaluation skills and have the greatest impact on the component relative to other components are to be effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Assessment the achievement of the objectives of six grade elementary school from Bastak six grade elementary school teachers’ views in the school year 2013-2014. This study in term of the purpose of the study is applied and in term of data collection is survey. The data are collected by the sixth grade teachers in the school education department Bastak in the school year 2013-2014 whose numbers are53 men and 38 women, the latest population census methods were chosen. Instruments included a questionnaire, notes that validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.78 was calculated. The results showed a statistical sample of achieving the goals and objectives of mental and emotional work accordingly and have considered possible but the realization of the objectives (cognitive, religious, educational, social, cultural and artistic) had moderate view of these goals in an optimum realization findings and there was any
differences between male and female teachers on achieving goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the realization of the functions of the education system from the perspective of Janah secondary teachers in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. Community-Data have researched all 384 middle school teachers working in primary and secondary education department in the academic year 2013-2014. In accordance with the random sampling of 252 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes, the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.78 was calculated. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires were used as indicators of descriptive and inferential statistics. Survey results show that the functions of education is to be fully achieved Coherence and relevance of education and other social institutions, and the impact of different educational, social and family and lack of proper planning of the main reasons is the lack of fulfillment. T-test results also showed that the differences between female and male teachers in fulfilling the functions of education, there is no difference.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creative directors of schools and their performance in attracting funds in the Lamerd city in the academic year 2013-2014. The study in term of aim was applied and in term of method was descriptive cross-section (non-experimental) - correlation. The study population included 110 subjects in 2013-2014 in the Lamerd city school principals who were selected by census the total population creativity standard questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.84 respectively. The results showed there are significant relationship between financial performance and creative directors. So for financing schools as a factor in the country's vibrant economic problems, most attention is paid to the officials and planners.
