A Study on Functionality of Collaborative Learning in Teaching Primary Mathematics

Abstract
Collaborative learning is a pedagogical method widely discussed over the last three decades, since numerous studies have shown that students are more likely to succeed whenever there are more opportunities to socially and educationally interact with each other so as to achieve common goals. The set of skills highly emphasized in teaching mathematics include problem solving, reasoning and discovery, constructing hypotheses and theories, using technology and tools, estimations and numerical approximations, measuring, using diagrams and geometric evidence, numerical calculations and mental operations, pattern-finding, modeling and counting. There is a visible relationship between indicators, goals and skills involved in teaching primary mathematics. The relationship between basic math skills and collaborative learning demonstrates that mathematics scholars need to further consider the criteria of collaborative learning prior to setting goals and indicators for primary school mathematics. For that purpose, effort should be made to maintain the connection between collaborative (interactive) teaching methods and mathematics courses in line with achievement of an excellent education system for primary school mathematics.

THE STUDY OF FAMILIARITY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS WITH THE FUNCTIONS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATION OF BEIRAM DISTRICT IN 2013-2014

Abstract
The purpose of this research is the introduction familiarity of primar school administrators and teachers with the functions of management in the education of Beiram district in 2013-2014. The study in term of urpose is applied and in term of how data collection is descriptive. The population of this research is all the administrators and teachers of primary school education in Beiram of which there are 22 managers and 110 eachers are divided up by census methods were selected to society as a whole. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was .90
respectively. The results showed that the administrators and teachers become more familiar with the functions of management just as in the growth and excellence in school education will be more successful.

Investigating of the application of information and communication technology barriers in lamerd County secondary school from the perspective of secondary cross section teachers

Abstract:The aim of this study was to examine obstacles to the application of information and communication technology in secondary schools secondary cross section from the perspective of Lamerd County teachers were conducted. In terms of the type of application and purpose-research in terms of the manner of collecting descriptive information collection-all rights reserved. The
society of teachers of the statistical section includes secondary 134 1362 is that of the 97 people using formula Cochran were chosen as the sample size. Research involves measuring a researcher that validity it confirmed its reliability and professionals using Cronbach's alpha 85/. Was calculated. The analysis of the data as well as using the methods of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, median, and mode), and inferential statistics methods (analysis of variance), was conducted. The results of the research in General from the perspective of teachers showed the components affecting all four; the applications of information and communication technology the following status are modest. Teachers believe that scales accordingly, hardware, space and financial possibilities and the knowledge and skills of teachers of posts were higher. Research results also showed between teachers on the basis of experience serving as independent variable and continuous variables (knowledge and skills, and teachers believe the hardware, space and financial resources) there is no significant relationship. But between the independent variable and dependent variable gender (the knowledge and skills of teachers believe, the presence of hardware, space and financial resources) of the definitive results from the significant, respectively.

Creative Education in Curriculum, The Basis for Knowledge Production in Education Systems

Abstract
Humansare the most effective factor of qualitative improvement of organizations and institutions; if they are equipped with knowledge and fertile thinking, they will play their role better. To reach this goal, we need a system that is based on a creative and efficient approach. A system that can educate human sources with the power of thinking and knowledge-production. Using traditional teaching methods, emphasizing too much on absolute knowledge without paying attention to educating creativity have caused us not to be able to produce knowledge to be synchronized with modern world. This article will investigate the concept of education, system and the qualities of creative education and the situation for creative education by using descriptive-analytic method, and then, we will have a glance at the approach for solving the problem. In the end, we will investigate “Learning method” which is reflecting individual differences of learners.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate ways of improving the effectiveness of the mechanisms in-service courses for Lamerd teacher’s job performance in the fundamental transformation plan in the 2013-2014 school years. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 220 teachers in the school education department Lamerd city is 2013-2014 the stratified random sampling technique. Using Morgan, 140 were selected. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes that experts were confirmed validity and reliability using
Cronbach's alpha 0.90 was calculated. The results showed that the growth and performance of in-service courses for teachers is effective.
