Assess the Training Needs of Teachers in Term of Elementary Teachers'
Views of the Alamarvdasht Education in Academic Years 2013-2014

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the training needs of teachers of elementary teachers' views Alamarvdasht Department of Education is in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 135 elementary school teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Alamarvdasht using the random sampling of 103 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes are the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.87. The results showed that the lack of attention to the needs of teachers in educational and professional quality of service education and the use of technology in schools, caused the problem in the teaching methods and applying the principles of assessment methods has been developed.

Evaluation of Primary School Experimental Science with Respect to Elements
of Critical Thinking from Primary Teachers' Views

Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess primary school experimental science teachers' views on the basic elements of critical thinking in education is 2014-2013. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 141 primary school teachers in the city seal, cadmium 2014-2013 school years using a stratified random sampling of 122 people were selected by Morgan. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes are. Validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha method 0.93 was calculated. The results show that three components-the components of such a study (evaluating evidence and testimony, judgment, analysis and evaluation) views teachers as medium components (reasoning, rational, asking questions) evaluated at the appropriate level. There is significant difference between teachers' views of gender among the components of the arguments and evaluate evidence and testimony but in other factors between male and female teachers and basic educational perspective, there was no significant difference between the mean scores of components according to Friedman test case.

Abstract :The purpose of this study Effect Religious attitudes on the social adjustment of middle school students Lamerd city Is. The method used was a descriptive study population consisted of all secondary school students Lamerd city is using Cochran Formula random sample of 300, were studied. Instrument of this study include questionnaire religious attitude Khodayari Fard (2013) Inventory California's social
adjustment. Validity and reliability using structural analysis using Cronbach's alpha was tested with Cronbach's alpha coefficients for questionnaires religious 0.823 and social adjustment scale 0.869 was
calculated and indicates the reliability of the survey instrument is appropriate. Given using descriptive statistics such as frequency, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics, and multiple linear
regression analysis, path analysis and Friedman test were analyzed. The results showed a significant effect on the religious attitudes of school students' social adjustment Lamerd city's high schools, as well
as aspects of religion, including religious knowledge, religious beliefs, interests and passions, faith and commitment to religious duties on the social adjustment of middle school students Lamerd city has a
direct effect and significant.

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of life of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone is Asaluyeh. The objective of the study is description how to collect data. The statistical
population consisted of all people over 18 years living in the area Asaluye and professionals working in the area, with a simple random sampling of 100 professionals working in the area of 100 subjects aged over 18 years living in the area were Asaluye. Peacockery and the data recording a questionnaire consisted of the research tools. The reviews a questionnaire was used that amount of factor analysis Bartlett KMO In this test varies from zero to one, which indicates the validity of it. The Cronbach's alpha was used to check the reliability of the alpha coefficients indicate that the integrity of the content is sufficient. The results of the statistical analysis indicate that the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone on environmental and economic factors have the greatest impact on other components as well as the relative
impact.

The Study of Effectiveness of Administrative Reform Program on Customer’s Satisfaction in the Education Departments of the Cities of Mohr and Lamerd

Abstract : The study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of administrative reform programs on customer satisfaction in the education departments of the city of Mohr and Lamerd. The research was a descriptive survey. The study included all patients (clients) Education of city Lamerd and Mohr 2550 the number of people who were estimated based on 334 subjects. The customer satisfaction uestionnaire clerical administrative reform program (2012), which is formally equal to -0.86 0.55 reported. Reliability using Cronbach's 0.88 was calculated. The purpose of this study was descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. Results showed that the system's suggestions and plan Feedback is significantly higher than the effective level. The mean effective plan is documenting circulars and instructions of the significantly lower.
