INVESTIGATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH AND JOB PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATORS OF SCHOOLS: A FIELD STUDY OF LAMERD CITY IN IRAN


Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and organizational health and job performance of administrators of Lamerd city schools in Iran. The research method is descriptive of survey kind. The statistical community of the study consists of all the managers in both girls and boys in schools, guidance schools, and high-schools in the year 91-92 in Lamerd. There were 110 people in the study. In order to determine the sample size Morgan table was used and 90 managers were chosen randomly. Also three questionnaires were used as data collection tools: Hal pin and Craft’s
organizational climate (1963), Tamiminejad’s organizational health (2007), and Naidel’s job performance (2007). Their reliability are 0.796, 0.814, and 0.869 respectively. The research methods used in this study are the correlation matrix, simple and multiple regression using a stepwise and also path analysis. The results are as follow:
1. The relationship between organizational climate and organizational health with a correlation of 0.32 in 0.01 is meaningful.
2. The relationship between organizational climate and job performance of 0.532 in 0.01 is meaningful.
3. There is a positive relationship between dimensions of organizational climate and organizational health and job performance.
4. There is a positive relationship between organizational climate and organizational health and job performance.

Investigating the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness among school managers: A case study in Fars province in Iran

Abstract
The present study aims to investigate the relation ship between organizational climate and organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness of the managers of the secondary schools in Fars. The research method is descriptive of correlational type and the statistical community consists of managers working in secondary school in the year 2012-2013 (1500 people). The sample size is 306 people based on Morgan tables. The managers were chosen randomly from a number of schools in Fars. Data collection tools were three questionnaires on Halbyn and Craft organizational climate (1963), Porter et al organizational commitment (1974), Fayol, Freedman, and Lailz (2001 were used which their reliability coefficient is 0.81 0.81, and 0.88, respectively. For data analysis, inferential statistic methods were used (Pearson correlation and multiple regression) using SPSS 19. The results othe study show that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and commitment and effectiveness and also between support components cooperative and friendly and organizational commitment and also between instructional components and effectiveness. Moreover, threatening and collaborative dimensions have more ability to predict organizational commitment and supportive, instructional, and threatening dimensions have more ability in predicting the effectiveness.

Abstract

The present research investigates the development of obstacles to the informational literacy of faculty member in Islamic Azad Universities, and presents the proposed methods to improve this skill. The present research appraises the technological, economic, cultural, structural and human obstacles in university environments. The present research is survey-descriptive and Statistical population consists of 2131 faculty members of region1 Islamic Azad Universities in 2011-2012. The sample consists of 325 professors based on Morgan’ s table. We selected them using cluster random sampling, so we selected several universities and appraised their professors. The data collected by a questionnaire that is made by researcher based on liker’s spectrum. This questionnaire was used after the determination of its validity by specialists and its stability was conformed using Cronbach Alpha coefficient (Alpha: 0.941). The analysis of data carried out using descriptive statistics methods (frequency, the percent of frequency, mean and standard deviation) and SPSS software. The results of research show that economic and technological obstacles are the most important obstacles of the informational literacy of faculty members.

THE STUDY OF FAMILIARITY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS WITH THE FUNCTIONS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATION OF BEIRAM DISTRICT IN 2013-2014


Abstract

The purpose of this research is the introduction familiarity of primar school administrators and teachers with the functions of management in the education of Beiram district in 2013-2014. The study in term of purpose is applied and in term of how data collection is descriptive. The population of this research is all the administrators and teachers of primary school education in Beiram of which there are 22 managers and 110 teachers are divided up by census methods were selected to society as a whole. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.90 respectively. The results showed that the administrators and teachers become more familiar with the functions of management just as in the growth and excellence in school education will be more successful.

Abstract

The organizations specially higher education with traditional structure don’t have ability to adjust to alternation that are created by science growth, science globalization and its complicating. These organizations have to notice learning process at organization to survive. They have to select being learner as partial of their features, so they should use experiences and create occasions to work responsibility. These organizations should change the philosophical of self-existential as well and create higher capacity in organizations membership. The survival, growth and achievement of highereducation relate to wide awareness of learner organization components. In higher education institute, learning is the most important element that causes their durability. Makoart introduces learner organization feature in this form:
active learning, organizational change, empowerment, management knowledge and technology application. Present research based on necessity of being learner higher education investigates the necessity of learner university at Fars shire higher education using the approach of analytical-descriptive. Present research investigates the obstacles of create learner university at Fars
shire and expresses the development methods of learner university creation at Fars shire public and private university.
